99 Exped. 4.6L Feedback in the accelerator

I have been having some check engine light issues with my Ford which I have been clearing up (EGR, MAF, etc.). The check engine light comes and goes but now I am getting some feedback in the gas pedal when I accelerate. Its almost like a pumping or bumping in the pedal. It does not case the engine to rush or anything, but I have started to lose some engin power. Does anyone have any ideas???

Re: 99 Exped. 4.6L Feedback in the accelerator

sounds like you have the accelerator cable routed wrong, like under the air filter housing or something of that sort. double check and make sure it's routed the correct way.
