99 Eddie Bauer Expedition (5.4L 4x4) will not start. When the key is turned the starter clicks once, the battery has medium - high charge (according to the dial). I have never had any issues with the truck starting other than a dead battery which I changed some months ago. Is it possible that the starter is stuck or went out? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried jumpstarting it? How about the battery connections, are they clean? What's the voltage of the battery? If all is well there, you could try tapping the starter with a hammer while someone kepps turning to start and clicks. If that does it, the starter needs replacing soon.
