Air suspension

I just bought a used 2001 Eddie Bauer 4x4. Got every single option except for a TV & the air suspension. Any one ever upgraded & put this option in afterwards, or is it cost prohibitive? Is it typical Ford where they pre-wire for it? Any info appreciated.

Scott.

Re: Air suspension

Again John there is no need to post this in here. The person is looking for valid information on after the fact installations and you are not giving him the info he wants, just posting yet another complaint.

As I have stated if you have complaints then start a thread, but please refrain from posting them in every thread on here. It only is making you look like a fool and nothing more. If this continues I will remove your posts and your account completely.

Thumbs down Re: Air suspension

I got an air suspension on my expedition, I dont really see the point of having an air suspension, plus it is to expensive to rapair. But, you know, it's up to you.

roll Re: Air suspension

Scott,
I have a 2001 XLT with air suspension and love it. I pull a trailer and the air levels my SUV to a pleasant level. I dont think there is any way to manually adjust this great feature.
