Does anyone know how to get RCA connections on the back of the factory radio without changing the whole radio out so I can hook up an amp on my 2007 Expedition EL?

You'll need a line output converter.Scosche SLC4 Four-channel line output converter at Crutchfield.com

That helped alot! So now I need a wiring diagram correct? So I know what the wires are to hook this up?

Yes. Crutchfield should be able to help you out with this. Try contacting them before ordering and see if they can supply you with a wiring diagram for your vehicle.
