I am thinking of a new 2003 Navigator. Are there any changes that should cause me to wait for the '04 Gator?

supposedly Jan 2004 they are going to do a redesign of the F series. Of course it may only be a face lift more than anything else. Dont see any rumors or information stating a change in the 04 gator/expe design.
