Need to remove shift knob on Nav to replace the PRND321 housing , any secrets I can't figure it out and once I do get it removed how easy is it to replace the housing ?THANKS
To remove the shift knob, you have to remove the side handles on the knob. The manual says to discard them and the screws underneath and use new ones of all of those parts when reinstalling.
