Code P0175 on 2006 Expedition XLT - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

I've got this code on my vehicle & understand that its running too rich (yeah - its a bit 'ragged' at times) I do have a supplier for parts in the US but the name my garage call the sensors (Lamba) and the names on my parts suppliers site are different & I dont want to order the wrong things as they're not cheap! Can someone help me with the correct US description please

It's called Oxygen sensor, or O2 sensor. Lambda is another name for it. It could be other things causing that though. Here's some info on it. OBD-II Trouble Code: P0175 System Too Rich (Bank 1)

That code is for only one sensor and not all.

Hmm - my local garage advised that the sensors are usually 'paired' and it would be better to get both rather than just one? I must say they are good guys that we've been with for about 10 years with a number of vehicles and they're not the sort to pull more work out than necessary.
Your comments/thoughts would be very welcome

If you have 150,000 km it can help to get better mileage due to them getting lazy but not for causing a code. We've had some with 200,000km and still working properly.
