Damn the Florida rain...

So, yesterday afternoon we had a typical Florida summer rainstorm, about 4 inches of rain in 45 minutes. Unfortunately, yours truly had to drive through this. And, of course, my truck started running rough. Took it down to Autozone the next day, and got the following codes:

P0171 System Too Lean (Bank 1)
P0174 System Too Lean (Bank 2)
P0302 Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
P0305 Cylinder 5 Misfire Detected

Now, about a week ago, I got the P0171 and P0174 codes, and had them cleared, to see if it came back. Any idea what could be causing the cylinder misfires? Could it be related to the 171 and 174 codes? Could an O2 sensor really mess things up this bad?
