Defective Upholstery in Expedition
If your upholstery is flaking, staining or otherwise not performing, GO BACK TO THE DEALER! There is a "silent recall" on the upholstery. We found this out quite by chance, but have now had the back seats reupholstered. The dealer showed us a poster type notice from Ford, but only after we went back there, following the advice of the upholsterer. We paid $100 deductible since we are over 50,000 miles. It would have been a LOT more than that without Ford honoring the recall. Good luck!
