duct tape'ed hose

Hello all!

I have purchased 2003 Navigator..and after getting P0171, I found this on the passenger side of the engine. Could anyone help me identifying what it is? perhaps..a part number too?

Thanks!

What ever it is, it's probably the cause of the lean code.

Re: duct tape'ed hose

Thank you everyone for helpful posts!

46017 looks very close, but it shows it "doesn't fit" to 2003 navi. I will take the cover off and take a better picture from a different angle or even pull the hose. .. as soon as the weather gets more friendly. I will keep you updated!

Thanks!

Re: duct tape'ed hose

They should be able to supply the correct part if different , or get it from another stockist .

Re: duct tape'ed hose

finally had a chance to take the tapes out..here is the picture after.

Wiggling it feels like the plastic piece inside is broken. It looks awfully close to 46017..BUT how do I remove this? I don't think it should be this hard to remove. I must be doing something wrong..

Re: duct tape'ed hose

I was finally able to get it off. I thought I'd share the replacement part number if someone finds this thread by searching.
It is Dorman 46022.

Thank you all for your help.
