MPH

Hello all. I just purchased a 2001 Expedition. The previous owner installed euro style headlights. It appears that normal operation of my headlights turn on the florescent, bright lights and high beam operation turns on white/yellow lights. Are these lights functioning correctly? Or is the wiring reversed. Also, my fog lights don't work. Is there a hidden button that I missed?
