Hello, I have a 2001 expedition. How do i remove the factory radio? Do i need any special tools to buy to remove it? Also I think there is somthing wrong with the relays. When the truck is off and all door closed the lights are still on in the truck i notice this problem when it rains. The lights will stay on and we have to disconect the battery so it doesnt kill it....Any advice? Thanks

The radio takes special tool to remove on most models. You can get them at a parts store.

The interior light proclem sounds like a bad door ajar switch. Try lubricating all the latches with a good penetrating oil and repeatedly slam each door to work it in.

I got the radio problem fixed. Where would the factory amp be located in the back of the truck by the sub?

Under the center console or in one of the rear side compartment panels.
