can this be done w/o welding and such?

just curious if anyone has done it.

i got a 99 expedition, EB edition.

dont think ill buy EB edition seats since they are expensive.

With 4 kids in the carpool now, having them flip up one section of the bench seat is becoming a royal pain. I was hoping to be able to find some used captain's chairs to use in the 2nd row of seats in my '04 EB Expedition. However, I can't find any info about whether or not this is a possibility. I also can't any place online that carries captain chairs. Any suggestions or advice? Can a Ford dealer actually order this part?
