Hello. I am new to the forum and I hope to find this a resource as much as I did with my nissan forum.

I have a 2001 Expedition Eddie Bauer edition with the mach sound system. I am looking for the amplifier that powers the door speakers. I have looked in the rear panels and on the drivers side is the air conditioning fo rthe rear and on the right side is the factory sub. I can't find the mid range amp. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, who has a factory service manual for this model on cd?

This is just an educated guess, and I could be wrong, but I believe the amp is located inside the center console, or maybe a better word is UNDER it.

I have no clue how to remove the console to get at it though.

Hell all,
I have an 2000 EB and my amp is bolted to the sub box, have a look.
also there are all kinds of sub box replacement for that sub and DIY on the web.
