HELP - Alternator advice needed URGENTLY - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

Hi there,

I hope someone is able to advise me pretty urgently - PLEASE.

I live on mainland Spain - with no Lincoln Dealership available.

My 2003 Navigator has a knackered alternator which needs replacing. My local Mercedes dealership has quoted me between 700 and 900 Euros for a replacement...!!!!

Details are as: Lincoln Navigator - 2003 - 2WD - VIN: 5LMFU27R23LJ12616

On eBay, I have found the following: eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace

Would anyone confirm - or otherwise - if this is the correct part..?????

I believe that is the correct alternator. When buying this type of item on eBay, its a good idea to contact the seller before making your purchase to verify it is correct, that way you are protected somewhat if it is not.

Pleased to say that the alternator arrived yesterday (03/11) and is now in the hands of my garage waiting to be fitted.
