Jimbotron Registered User Join Date: Feb 2006 Posts: 13	Re: HELP!!! Ford Exp. 02 You should be able to pick up a Haynes aftermarket repair manual in most auto parts stores.... probably around $20. The one that I have covers 97-02, and does give basic instructions for heater core replacement.
