Help needed

Hello,

I am a new Navigator owner and live in Southern Spain.

Could anyone please tell me how to:

1) Change the passenger door mirror glass

and

2) Remove the rear window (the ones which only open slightly) so I can replace the window seal?

Window Glass — Rear Quarter, Vented
Removal and Installation
1. Remove the quarter trim panel.
2. Remove the C-pillar trim panel.
3. If equipped, on the RH quarter window glass, remove the portable cellular phone antenna base.
4. Remove the D-pillar trim panel.
5. Unclip the quarter window regulator from the quarter window.
If necessary, remove the quarter window regulator bracket bolt.
6. CAUTION: Have an assistant hold the rear quarter window glass.
Remove the quarter window glass.
On the RH quarter window glass, disconnect the antenna cable in-line connector.
a Remove the nuts.
b Remove the quarter window glass.
If required, remove the quarter window glass hinge bolts.
7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Mirror glass.

Removal
1. Position the mirror glass to obtain a gap at the lower inboard edge of the mirror assembly.
2. Disengage the power mirror motor jackscrews from the mirror backing plate.
3. WARNING: Place a shop towel between the mirror glass and the hand to avoid personal injury in the instance of glass breakage.
Remove the mirror glass by grasping the outboard edge of the glass and separate it from the mirror housing. If equipped, disconnect the electrical connector.
4. Remove the friction pins from the mirror backing plate.

Installation
1. Install the friction pins into the mirror backing plate by using the special tool to warm the mirror backing plate sockets at the top and outboard positions.
2. Note: Rotate the power mirror jackscrews in the mirror housing with the locator tabs facing the center of the housing.
Push the power mirror jackscrews into the mirror housing until they bottom out.
3. Using the special tool, warm the power mirror motor jackscrew and center mirror backing plate sockets.
4. WARNING: Place a shop towel between the mirror glass and the hand to avoid personal injury in the instance of glass breakage.
Note: If equipped, connect the electrical connector.
Install the mirror glass by applying sufficient force to the mirror glass until the mirror backing plate snaps into the center pivot of the mirror housing.
5. WARNING: Place a shop towel between the mirror glass and the hand to avoid personal injury in the instance of glass breakage.
Engage the power mirror jackscrews into the mirror backing plate.
Apply sufficient force to the mirror glass until the power mirror jackscrews snap into the mirror backing plate.
6. Test the mirror for normal operation.
