We have a 2006 Navigator. Decided to have some paint touchups done on it and after we got it back from the bodyshop, the back doors fill up with water now when it rains. We have to get under the door, separate the bottom moulding from the door and manually let the water drain out. Has anyone ever heard of this problem before and if so, how did you fix it?

Where was the Touch-up's done at? Where on the Navigator...It sounds like you have some type of damage Molding, or a Damage seal around the back window.

Can you porvide Photos of this ??

Door drains blocked ?

If you park under trees a lot you will get debris falling into the area of the windows and that stuff works it's way down into the doors over time. If you look along the bottom of the door on the interior side, about where the door meets the door-seal you will see a few plastic covers that serve as door drains. Pry those off and you'll probably see a ton of debris behind them blocking water drainage. Take a compressor or other tool and clear that stuff out of there. Spray some WD-40 up into the door panel while you have them off to displace any moisture remaining.
