Re: Help! Won't start.

The fuel presure regulator you changed is on the firewall? The only ones I've seen are on the fuel rail with a vacuum hose to it. Is it a flex fuel? I didn't think they made them. Did you replace the fuel filter? Now that you heard the pump run, you can loosen the line at that regulator? inlet and see if there's pressure there. The lines are hard anyway so you can't judge pressure that way. Then go back towards the tank until you can see that there's fuel in the line. If you turn the key on a few times and then shut the key off while you check for fuel. There should be residual pressure so you don't have to keep turning it on.

Re: Help! Won't start.

I've disconnected the line at the regulator and can see gas in the line. It is not flex fuel, unleaded. I did replace the fuel filter. Any other ideas?

Re: Help! Won't start.

As long as it's cold, disconnect the line, turn the key on and see if you have fuel coming out.

Re: Help! Won't start.

Well, i'm pretty sure I found the problem. Pinched the fuel filter outlet hose on its way to the engine. Gotta try and find a replaement. Its hard trying to find anything like this on the internet. gonna have to go to the dealer it looks like. Thanks for all your help. Will keep you posted.

Jay

Edit: Does anyone know whereI can find the full part number for the hose. According to a printout that I got from the dealer a few weeks ago its part# 9J337, but I am looking for the full part number. If you know a place that I can order 1 online it would also be greatly appreciated.

Also, if you want to see about a used part, you can check here.

Re: Help! Won't start.

Glad to hear that you fixed it. The PCM will relearn after a short time. If it doesn't, check to see if you have any codes.

Where did you get the part?
