the actual blend door actuator may be bad, but 90% of the time the blend door warps and gets stuck thats why the actuator over works and breaks. But you wanted an answer, here it goes...: You have to take the dashboard out, 8hrs worth of painfull work... good luck chiquilin! I can give you step by step instructions if you want, let me know.
