Does anyone have any results from adding aftermarket parts for increased horsepower or mileage? Catback or cold air intake or throttle body changeouts?

Thanks for the info!!
I just installed a FIPK (on 2004 Expedition 4wd) yesterday, still a little to earliy to tell, but message center has mpg up from 15.2 to 17.6. That drops when my foot is in it. Have not dyno'ed the Expedition but can tell a great improvment as far as horsepower both off the line and rolling. Hope this helps.

I put in an K&N air intake kit. Took about 90 minutes to install. Felt immediate horsepower gain. Engine sounds sweet too with a nice growl under hard acceleration. You can find a K&N kit on ebay for $180 - $220 delivered.
