My wife decided to customize her 2000 Navigator by putting it on its roof in the ditch.....

Of course, an update to a newer model was required....... ( instead of getting something that I could easily swap parts with - ie: another 2000 Navigator)

Anyway, is there any site which might help me in determining which parts to salvage and which to part with?

They are two different models. I would say not too much to use from a 2000 on a 2006, the chassis and motor and interior are all different.
