Is there a way of extracting/resetting the Keyless Entry for my 2003 Navigator, please?

Unfortunately, there is no supporting Dealership to go to here in Spain, so it has to be D-I-Y.

You can always retrieve the master 5-digit code from the security module, which is located just forward of the fuse box there behind the passenger's right foot kick panel. The module will have the security code sticker on it. Look up there with a flashlight and you'll see it. You can find instructions on how to set your own code in the owner's manual. If you don't have one here's a link to download the .pdf version.

Very easy to follow.
