typical problem, a/c fan blows on high only.

in my search looks like its the blower resistor.

(or the fan switch, which will be a royal pita).

where is the blower resistor for a 2003 expedition?

(behind the glove box?)

right, I saw your post earlier... but thats not a specific location for a 2003 model year expedition.

-can anyone confim the location for a 2003 model year expedition?

(if its reallly under the dash, how big of job to get at it?)

I cant find a step by step procedure, but it shows to be under the right side of the dash.

Blower Motor Removal

# Remove the RH lower instrument panel insulator.

# For Navigator, remove the RH scuff plate.

# For Expedition models:

1. Remove the RH scuff plate.

2. Remove the RH lower A-pillar trim panel.

# Position the carpet aside.

# Remove the blower motor, as follows:

1. Disconnect the electrical connector and position the wire harness aside.

2. Remove the screws, then remove the blower motor.

#Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure

In this illustration, 4 is the resistor 5 is the power connection to the blower motor.
