Looking to Dyno the Expy..will I have problems w/the AWD?

I wanna put my 99 5.4 Eddie B on the dyno, but need to know if this is possible with the AWD of my truck. I assume the AWD kicks in when it senses traction loss....hence me never being able to spin the tires in the rain, coming out of parking lots (because getting sideways in 5600lb vehicle can get fun and interesting real quick)
