2003 EB 5.4L

One of the rear folding (third row) seat motors has gone out. Actually its the gears that are striped, the motor still works but I think it's sold as one unit. Anyway, I've been trying to find a used one and have been unsuccessful. I hate to pay the dealer price. Anyone know where I can get an aftermarket or used one?

Also need a rear (third row) seatbelt passenger side. Is this [also] a dealer only item?

Last but not least, the 6 disc CD changer is jammed. Anyone have instructions on how to remove it or free up the cds?
