I have a 97 Expedition EB and when I turn on my heater or a/c I can only use the high setting of the blower. I am at a loss with this being I have checked the connections and all seems to be ok. Has anyone had this problem and if so what is the remedy. I really don't want to go to the dealer to get this fixed. Thanks.
