Exclamation Problem with door locks on my 2000 Expy.

The power door locks on my 2000 Ford Expedition begin acting up every year when the weather turns cooler. The lock on the driver's door won't lock with either the power swith or the remote unless the lock button is pressed multiple times (you can watch the manual lock sink only a little at a time each time the lock button is pressed). Also, the lock on the rear hatch will not unlock properly. The unlock button must be pressed multiple times for the lock to be unlocked and it sounds like it is slipping or spinning or something. If anyone knows what the problem is, please help.

I'm having the same problem with my 1999 F350 Dually. I hope you get an answer, it would help me also.
