I have a 2003 Ford Expedition. It has been idling roughly, but when I took it in to have the trouble codes read was no power at the outlet. What could be the reasons for it to not work and how could I fix it?

I'd get the codes read at another shop to be sure the outlet is the problem, and not the other shops scanner.

The OBD port has to work for emissions purposes and I'm almost positive it's connected directly to the PCM.

Worst case here, is that your engine computer module is pooched :|
