Rear Wiper Problems 99Navigator

Rear wiper is not working. Went to the junkyard and pulled off two more. Installed both, but none of them seem to be working.

I checked the wiring at the motor. There are four wires there. It gets 12V on the one set of wires (main power?). But I can't seem to get any response from the other set of wires, even while turning the wiper switch on/off multiple times.

I see that there are two relays. Neither one is clicking. I bench-tested them both, and they passed. I see that there is one rear wiper fuse and it looks good.

So, it seems like there might be a problem with the rear wiper switch? How can I test this to verify that it's the switch? Can I somehow send a signal to the motor just to verify that the motor works?

Check figure 31 for the diagram. | Repair Guides | Wiring Diagrams | Wiring Diagrams | AutoZone.com

Thanks for sending this diagram. Not quite sure where to go from here.
Any suggestions?

Power on the white/orange and ground on the black/light blue wire should make it go. Pretty involved system. You probably should take it to a shop. Reading the diagram should be the way to see what's wrong with it.

It's constantly sending 12V to the orange/white wire and nothing happens.

There's also a purple/yellow wire that connects to the motor. Can't get any signal sent to this wire.

No. There is an orange/white and a ground that go to the motor. There is also a purple/yellow and a ground that connect to the wiper spindle.

I get 12V on the oragne/white, but can't seem to get a response on the purple/white.

Re: Rear Wiper Problems 99Navigator

Last night, I did some more testing on one of the extra wiper motors I had picked up from the junkyard. If I power up the orange/white wire by hooking it up to the battery, the wiper just spins in one direction. If I power up the purple/yellow wire in the same manner, there is no response.
