I had CarMax install a Remote Starter on my Navigator but its not working. It will cut on the lights and I can hear the fan but the engine doesn't start.

When I look in the vehicle the SecuriLock Light is blinking.

In the instructions it says the Red Safety Control Switch has to be off but I don't see a red switch anywhere. Thoughts or Suggestions?

I'm not familiar with the system. I'd take it back to them and have them fix it.

The securilock feature is the part of your vehicle that is programmed to lock the doors automatically after like 3 minutes when off, or when the vehicle begins to move. If they didnt wire it up right, then the vehicle won't start. I think the crossed some wires on an accident. But one way to check, if you have the keypad entry, is to type in the code, and see if it unlocks your doors. Then, if it does, then type in the wrong code 7 times within 60 seconds, and see if it locks the vehicle down for like 5 minutes. If it does all of this, then they wired it up right, but its not programmed to your computer correctly and they need to reprogram the security software on their install. If it fails to do any of those actions, then chances are they wired it up wrong or again the software was not installed or installed correctly.
