removing rear panel on a 2003 navigator

I have a 2003 navigator and I need to remove the back right rear panel located behind the second row seat, the rear air fan is bad. Is there any tricks or a order of operation that is the best way to take it off. I do not want to break any connecting pins or crack the panel itself. thanks for the help.

Yank it off! You won't break it unless you get stupid with it.
