If i stay with my initial design for my sub box, It will be a One Piece Unit that takes up the entire back of the vehicle from the floor to the headboard. I use my rearview mirror on a regular basis. Ive seen setups where a small camera was installed just inside the vehicle window, and a display was used up in the front to replace the rear view mirror. Has anyone had any experience with anything like this. I will be getting a display in my dash when i purchase my CD/MP3/DVD PLayer.

1) Does anyone have any recommendations as far as the Camera Manufacturer goes?

2) Is it possible to setup up the display on the dash to be used with the camera as well as its initial purpose.

There are rearview mirrors made with a small screen built into it that you can connect to a rear view observation system.Or,depending on the type of head unit you choose,you can even connect a camera to an in-dash screen/receiver unit. If still interested,I will find out some more info on the different products when I go back to the shop tomorrow.
BTW,how are you building your sub box,and have you started it already?I may be selling my fiberglass enclosure,which houses eight 12" subs and only goes as high as the top of the rear seats.I will send a pic if interested.
