I got 16" rims... while they look good enough, the look of 17's or even 18's seem to look even better.

Is there any real performace gains, or ride improvment going up in size? Or is it all about looks alone? Any pro's / cons would be appreciated...

Going bigger in rim size you need to go lower profile tyres while this will help with handleing it will make the ride a little harder because of the smaller tyre wall size but the bigger the better I say, rim size and style can make or breack your cars looks....
