Hello everyone,

For a few months now my 2000 Linc Navi. has been acting up around 50mph especially when climbing or I need to pass someone on the highway. It feels like a breif power loss almost like a misfire or a pulling in the transmission. I had a mechanic check it out last week and he said it was in need of new spark plugs and seals and a new boot connector. Once that was done he cleaned out the intake and said he reset a few things and had to drive it from 0-30mph a few times etc etc. and it could act funny for a week or two. Well a week has passed and the pulling feeling has only gotten worse, now i can feel it when backing out of the driveway or around town which had never been an issue.

Any suggestions or ideas????

What about one of the coils? I've had coils go out suddenly and somewhat slowly (before they go completely).
