Ok so I'm experiencing quite a bit of driveline noise - rear whine and front growl. Replacing the front bearings is going to be easy, rebuilding front and rear differentials is where I need help... Most likely from a Ford Tech.

2004 Lincoln Navigator 4x4/4WD.

Looking primarily for rebuild kits (individual parts for bearings/crush races etc...)

Now for the even more important things - specs for gear backlash and torque specs. I am a licensed tech. and can do this myself just would rather have all the proper information before i rebuild the whole driveline.

I'd get it up in the air and listen for where the noise is coming from. The differentials don't usually wear out often.
There is a TSB for the Navigator rear diff.. 05-23-3***REAR AXLE NOISE REPAIR
