Please help.... I want to make sure the dealer is trying to fix something that is not needed on my suv. The dealer trol me that the Transfer Case Acuator needs to be replaced. That I believe, but what I am questioning is that fact that he also says that the two speed senors go out as soon as the acuator is replaced, so to avoid the hassle he recommonds that I replace both of the sensors also...... Can any one tell me if this is true...... Thanks

If you're having problems already with the sensors, then i'd say yes, replace them. I mean, you can save yourself 300-400 dollars by skipping that, but if there are any leaks right now or erosion on the contacts of the sensors, replace them. From my experience the front sensor runs about 50 bucks, and the rear is 30. The labor is what kills you and it needs to be done really well. You might be able to get those sensors cheaper somewhere online like h**p://fordpartsdiscounted.com.
