hey guys im new here..i have a 99 expedition with a 5.9Liter v8...when i accelrate or go at high speeds the front of the truck vibrates...it sounds like somthing is grinding..near the driver side underneath....i check the drive shafts and u joints...all good....the 4wd wroks...there is no vibration when turining or anything..just when i acclerate

I had the same problem with my 99. Our problem started as a slight thumping sound upon acceleration at slow speeds and evened out at high speeds. I checked brakes, bearings, u joints, tie rods, sway bars, springs, and anything else i could think of. Finally i dropped the front driveline and drove around and all noise has disappeared. U joints are fine. Either the driveline is out of balance or i have other problems. Hope this helps.
