Water Trail / Dripping from Exhaust Pipe

I noticed walking from my car this morning when I got to work that there was a small trail of water at least 20 yards long. I looked underneath and there was water dropping from an exhaust pipe near the the oil pan, transmmission pan area. The water didn't seem to have any smell or slippery like coolant. The car was not running hot.
I was not running the Air this morning but did have the heat on up to about 10 minutes prior to pulling in and noticing the water.
