I have an '04 EB Expedition with the factory DVD player. A local car wash trashed the wireless headphones that came with it. I have now bought 4 different sets of wireless headphones and cannot find any that work. I can hear static when sitting in the back seat and can hear it begin to fade out as I move toward the door but no sound from the DVD player. Help!!

Each particular set of wireless headphones has a certain frequency and or security code that they use...so you don't pick up other people's sounds, and visa versa. You'll have to get one specifically for your particular player. You'll probably have to get them from Ford.

What in particular did they trash about them? Is it possible to repair the old ones?

We just bought an '03 EB Expedition and the ones the dealer gave us will not work (all you hear is statics, too). Do you know if you can take it to the dealer and have them programmed to work together?
