Hi all, I have a 2003 Expedition with the 4.6L engine. It has 68,000mi. and now it won't start on the first turn of the key. It will start right up on the 2nd try but never on the first try. My wife is worried that it won't start at all on day away from home. there are no codes or pending codes and it runs fine once it starts. Any ideas, I don't want to start tossing $ at it until I have an idea. Thanks for any help..

Try turning the key on, wait a second or two and see if it will start first try. The fuel pump might need a couple seconds to build pressure.
