I have what appears to be a leak coming from the front passenger side portion of the axle.

Honestly I don't know my ass from a hole in the ground and I was hoping someone could tell me what it might be.

oil pressure is right where it always is-fine. No dummy lights are on.

It is definitely the right front end with a black oil like fluid though.

any suggestions?

It can only be one of five things.
1) It could be water from your ac condensor dripping.
2) It could be brake fluid.
3) It could be gear oil.
4) A bearing has got to hot and melted the axle grease causing it to run out.
5) A kids milkshake that was spilled and coming out the floor board.

The water of course will be odorless

The brake fluid will be yellow in color and have a non greasy feel to it between your fingers.

The gear oil will be darker in color and will be slick between your fingers, usually has a bit of an odor.

The axle grease will be thick and probably black.

The milk shake should be pink in color and taste like strawberries lol. Sorry I couldnt help it.

Thats the best I can do with the descriptions, hope it helps. Its probably gear oil from a bad seal.
