68 Ford Xl brake help, please

Help, please. I have a 1968 Ford Xl convertible, the brake diaphram blew and I can no longer stop this beauty, this has front wheel disc, and rear wheel drum, I can't seem to locate a new diaphram for this, so my question is this; is there a way to "update" this brake system, and if so, where would I find this information?
If this is not do-able, does anyone know where in minnesota the parts could be located to repair the current brake system?

by diaphram i assume its your booster thats gone, your brake part supplier should be able to send it away for repair,or if its a single circuit system you could fit an inline booster
