Another XF wheels thread (sorry!)

Hi everyone,

sorry to make another XF wheel thread. I have been going through a lot of the older threads and am a little confused.

I have a 91 XF Ute, and as I understand will need E- or X- model wheels to fit? I really like the AU2 style wheels

But these will not fit XF's, or can I buy copy ones that will fit an XF?

Or will I need older ones like these?


Sorry for the dumb question. The latter wheels are on ebay for around $500

Hi Scott, the first wheels are AU2, and yes you can get them in a copy to fit Pre AU.
The second rims in an EB S pack rim, those ones are on ebay as a 16,but they are only 15's.
$500 with tyres isnt to bad.

you've put me on the right track! I reckon the AU2 style wheels would look great on the XF.

They dont look to bad on XF's, there is an XF sedan getting around here with them on, and for a wheel that im not fussed on, they look good.

Could you post a pic of the gladiators tickfd6. There is something about the AU2's that I like, nice and simple I guess.

I've seen photos of a few XF's with those AU rims on them before. Try www.fordgallery.com im sure they are in there somewhere. Look quite nice i rekon :)
