AU rotors (from the factory) are basically the same strength as 4 week old bread. Rotor and life should not be used in the same sentence. My car is only 112000kms old and the rotors are totally shot, warped and need replacing badly. They are not unsafe yet but there are on the way out.
well, I dont know of EF is different, but mine were undersize after only 92,000kms Car has now done 186,000 and i think they need doin again, damn falcon brakes :(

I got about 42,000Ks out of the factory AU1 rotors. Iam on to my 4th set of pads and second pair of rotors at 86,000 Ks. By the by I have found the bendix advance the best for min brake dust on your wheels.
