just wondering have many of you experianced axle tramp in your e series cars, because this is a problem i have been having for awhile now?

how have you been able to over come the axle tramp?

theres a few different causes -

how old are the shocks?
are the tyres underinflated?
whats the condition of the bushes on the diff arms?

im currently experiencing some axle tramp but im pretty sure its coz of worn shocks

so how do you reduce it? I get axle tramp on my 2003 xr8 s/c

EDIT: nevermind, just rang up workshop and organised a suspension upgrade

not long ago put in kings springs with koni adj's, tyre are all good, the rear bushes will hopefully be replaced soon with nolathane ones, think they are getting a little old and worn, still had the problem after i did the suspension upgrade
