BA Standard/Sport/XR Suspension Differences

Does anyone know roughly what the differences are between the

Standard BA Suspension -
The XR Suspension -
the Sports Suspension (As Fitted to Fairmont Ghia) ?????

(I.E.
Does Sports Suspension have the Same ride height as Standard, but firmer springs,
Does the XR go one step further, and have even Firmer springs, and a lowered ride height ????????
Etc, etc.....

My parents are looking at getting either a Fairmont, or Fairmont Ghia........
My concern is basically my father is interested in comfort, and I am a little concerned that the sports suspension may not be to his liking....
(He is having trouble actually finding a Sydney Dealer with both a Fairmont, and a Fairmont Ghia both in the same lot, to compare.......)
At the moment, he couldnt tell the difference with the Ride of the Ghia, and the Fairmont, but obviously, you cant tell the differences with a quick 5 minute juant.....
What may be fun for 5 minutes may get tiresome for 4 Years.....

So again, anyone know roughly what the differences are ????

Any ideas ?
Matti

When shopping for my XR6T I took a manual one for a spin first, felt good but I wanted an auto and because they didn't have an auto Turbo I had to test drive a Futura. The Futura rode harsher than the XR6T! Don't ask me why.

You know, somebody actually complimented me on my driving today. They left a little note on the windscreen. It said, 'Parking Fine.'So that was nice.
