Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone knows if the wheel covers (hub caps) from the BA XT will fit on an E series falcon?

i was under the impression that the EA stockies were 14, where i think they are 15 or 16 on the BA.... in that case no dude they wont fit

I'm looking at putting them on an EF, which has stock 15" rims. I'm pretty sure the BA also has 15's, but they seem to be a different shape to the EF rims. Anyone tried putting BA caps on an E series with 15" rims?

BA's have 16" rims mate so nope they won't fit..

BA XT wheel covers are $67.80 EACH! (Price obtained from my local ford dealer).

You could almost get an aftermarket alloy 15" wheel in 15 x 6 for that price! Well, not quite, but for around $150-160 per rim, you will get a set of 5 spoke alloys brand new!

Yeah... $400 for a set of hubbies that will fly off in no time?

For $640, i can have 15" alloys fitted, balanced AND my existing tyres swapped over...

The genuine price is wrong, no wonder so many people rip them off! Problem is, the after market ones fly off nearly as soon as you put them on, I put a set picked up from Autopro on and lost 3 the first time I drove with them on. I have been looking for a set of EF XR6 wheels, as soon as I find a decent set and have a spare $500 I might splurge out.
