Does anyonw know what the Ba xr8 offset is and what the stud pattern is. I have found a set of rims that i would consider fitting to the Xr8 but need to find out if they would fit. I have a link to the site but i dont understand all the numbers that they have posted.
BA is 5x114.3 PCD, 71.5mm centre bore at front, 70.5mm at rear. AU is the same except the front centre bore is 71.8mm. Offset for the BA XR rims is +36.5. Any offset between +40 and +32 will be ok on BA's.
Here's a pic of the casting on the back of a 17" BA XR rim.
Judging by what is written in the website it looks ok, same stud pattern in 5x114.3 and a whole range of offsets. Ya should be able to pic one that looks sweet with a nice deep dish.

Unfortunately 8" wide rim with a +32 to +40 offset doesn't leave much room for a "dish" look, but it all depends on the design of the wheel, might get 15mm-20mm if you are lucky.

Was hoping for around a 9''-10'' rim on the back for some big arse rubber.

This also means that the falcons share the same stud pattern as a mustang cobra. Which i think's means there heaps of rim choices to be found in the states.

9" would give a bit of a lip, but 10" even more. Unfortunately a 10" rim on the back of a BA sedan is not permitted here in Vic, don't know about NSW. Yes the Moostang is the same stud pattern, and USA have a large number of wheels that will fit AU and BA. The price to import a set to Oz will kill that idea in the end though.
