I am about to lower my ba xr8.... at present i am running 19'' roh furys, has anyone put the yellow 'low' springs in with a 19'' wheel combo?

Does it scrub? How much has the ride quality been comprimised?\

Also can you change the diff (or centre) to give more takeoff (a shorter range i think?)

Does the ute run a shorter gearing? What is standard in the xr8?

I will let you know after the weekend what my impressions are. I am lowering tomorrow. Mine will be superlows.

Also how much did your whiteline swaybars cost? Did they make much of a difference? Thanks

I have been told that the superlows are 40mm, and the lows are 30mm. It is a bit strange to me, but it could be something to do with the 100mm minimum legal ride height. When I put superlows on an EF that I had in 98, it dropped 70mm all round. Looked ace. I will see what these do, as I will be attaining full measurements.

i was told the superlows are 30mm and that there is one stage lower than that but not recommended

just lowered my XR8
happy with the front but not the back, the back needs more so that the gap between the guard and tyre is the same as the front

the ffront got low springs and that sits perfect for my liking
the back got superlows but still not low enough i'll probably go back and put sslows

as for ride and handling it is feels much better.
